Time for another FREE crochet shawl pattern!
This shawl just flew by.
Before I knew it I was weaving in the ends to finish! (my least favourite part)
Marerials I used:
Loops & Threads Impecable
(Rich Orchid) (1 Ball)
Red Heart Super Saver
(White) (for the boarder)
6.0 mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
I love chart patterns.
I search "Free Crochet Chart Pattern " and decide based on the photo and chart.
This pattern I found the exact same way.
The chart pattern can be found HERE
The dimentions of this shawl are 50" across the back and 26" in length.
The last 2 rows of the pattern were repeated until
the final size was reached.
Make it as big or small as needed!
Weave in the ends and you are done!

Happy Easter !
I decided to crochet a chick for Easter, as a gift for someone special.
I had lots of fun putting him together.
He turned out a bit bigger than the pattern, mostly because I used value yarn (from the dollar store) and a slightly larger crochet hook (4mm)
The only modifications I made were:
I added 4 rounds of white before the edging on the shell and 2 extra rounds of yellow at the crown of the head.
The eyes were croched 6 sc using the magic loop method and slipped stitched together to close the circle.
Instead of using 2 colours for the stripe on the shell I made is solid purple.
I used a slightly different wing pattern that can be found HERE.
The FREE crochet pattern of the hatching chick can be found HERE.
Happy Easter Everyone !

Free Crochet Snowman Pattern
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !
I recently made a cute snowman.
The free pattern can be found HERE
Notes: The snowman was a toy for a small child, so I did not put any poly-pellets in the bottom or used safety eyes (like the pattern called for). Just yarn and regular stuffing.
I also made sure to attach his accessories well enough so if they were pulled they wouldn't come off so easily.
Some materials I used were:
4mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Value yarn (acrylic)
He was a cute quick project to make!
